What the app does with CRM information

Privacy Mode is published by Bristol Marketing Group, Inc., doing business as The Marketers Toolkit. The reviewed Privacy Mode module runs in the HighLevel page that you already have open. It applies visual blur rules to selected on-screen details and changes a switch in the user menu.

The module reviewed on September 29, 2026 does not send CRM record contents to a Privacy Mode server or save a copy of those records. It does not use the requested HighLevel location API permission. Your CRM records remain in HighLevel and are subject to HighLevel's own handling of that information.

Blur is a display aid, not a data protection control. The current module can leave some details readable. Check the page before you share your screen.

Information from this site

These pages have no account form, analytics script, advertising tracker, or site-set cookie. When you load a page, the hosting and delivery providers can process technical request information such as your IP address, browser details, and requested page to deliver and protect it.

Information you send to support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request and handle app support. Avoid sending CRM data that we do not need to resolve your issue.

Other services involved

HighLevel provides the Marketplace, installation, CRM, and any Marketplace billing. The current module also loads a stylesheet from msg.everypages.com, which can receive technical request information when your browser fetches it. Railway hosts these pages, and Cloudflare provides DNS for this domain. Those services process information under their own policies.
